Most private yachts in Miami are limited to up to 12 guests max while underway, regardless of yacht size, due to U.S. Coast Guard rules.

Some smaller yachts or boats may have a lower maximum (8–10 guests) based on their license and layout. For 13–40+ guests, we use USCG-inspected party boats and passenger vessels that are specially licensed for larger events.

Light rain or passing clouds usually do not cancel a charter, especially when there is safe visibility and calm bay conditions.

If the captain or marina determines that conditions are unsafe (strong storms, high winds, lightning or marine advisories), we will follow your contract’s política meteorológica which may include delaying the start time, adjusting the route, offering a date change or issuing a credit or refund according to the terms agreed.

Cancellation terms vary by yacht and date. Your exact policy is always shown before you pay.

Many yachts offer full or partial refunds when you cancel within the listed timeline, and reschedule or credit options if you are inside that window or if weather makes the trip unsafe.
