Meet us at the departure marina in the Miami / Biscayne Bay area. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding at your assigned dock or gate. For directions, use Google Maps to the marina’s main entrance and set your rideshare pin to “Marina Main Gate” or “Visitor Drop-Off”. Day-of assistance: Call/Text +1 (954) 246-3636.

Below are the most common marinas our guests use. Each card lists how to pay for parking (apps or internal systems) and alternatives like bus or rideshare if you prefer not to park.
South Beach – 300 Alton Rd
Payment Options
Some areas use an internal garage system with kiosks/tickets. Check marina signage.
Bus & Rideshare
Use the marina’s main entrance drop‑off when using Uber/Lyft.
North Miami – 10800 Collins Ave
Payment Options
County lots often use PayByPhone; some sections have internal pay stations.
Bus & Rideshare
Rideshare pins work best at the marina office or charter dock gate.
Downtown – 1635 N Bayshore Dr
Payment Options
City of Miami (MPA) accepts PayByPhone & ParkMobile. Some private areas run internal systems.
Bus & Rideshare
For Metromover, use Adrienne Arsht or School Board stations and walk.
Note: Some marinas operate internal parking systems (kiosks, tickets, gated garages) that are not connected to third‑party apps. Always follow posted signs and zone numbers.
