Make the yacht fit the weekend
Decide first whether the boat is the main event or one part of the weekend. A four-hour afternoon charter, with a sandbar and the skyline, leaves time to get back, change and go to dinner; a sunset run works as the start of the night. Book the boat first and fit the restaurant, the club and the transport around its hours, not the other way round. Every kind of yacht party is on Miami yacht parties.
One organiser, one running order
Choose one person to hold the guest list, collect the shares and talk to the team, so changes do not arrive from five phones. Agree a simple running order: when everyone meets, when the boat leaves, the sandbar, food, the toast, the way back. Leave time for cruising and talking instead of filling every minute.
Drinks, music and getting there
Every boat is BYO, with water and ice on board: bring cans or plastic for the open deck. Guests 21 and over may drink responsibly, and the captain can end the trip early for behaviour that puts anyone at risk. For a bigger send-off, add a bartender or an open bar, a DJ, or a photographer; see yacht bartender service. A black car from the hotel keeps the group together and gets everyone to the dock on time; see black car transportation.
Group size and the booking
A private yacht carries up to 13 guests, the groom included. For a bigger crew, see large group yacht charters. Each card shows the whole charter, boat, crew and fuel, for the hours shown. 40% of the full price is paid today. Crew and fuel are included, and the rest is paid at the dock by cash or Zelle. There is no refund on the deposit. This payment secures your booking date. Your captain and crew reserve their time for you, and the deposit goes for that. If your charter is still 21 days or more away, we are happy to move it to another day. Inside 21 days, a new date is up to your captain, and feelingyachty.com cannot promise one. If the Coast Guard says it is not safe to go out, we will gladly refund you. That is the only time we do. Each guest can pay their share to the organiser, and pay-later plans are open on eligible charters.
Bachelor party yacht questions
Should I book food and entertainment before the yacht?
No. Choose the boat first and confirm what it can take, then add the food, the bartender or the DJ, so nothing is booked that the boat cannot carry.
How do I keep the party organised on the day?
Use one agreed schedule and one organiser. Send everyone the marina message in advance and route last-minute changes through the organiser.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes, every boat is BYO. Bring cans or plastic for the deck; guests must be 21 or over to drink.
How long should the charter be?
Four hours for a sandbar and the skyline; three for a sunset run before dinner.
How much does a bachelor party yacht in Miami cost?
From $650 for three hours and $750 for four on a boat under 40 ft, from $850 and $950 on a 40 to 54 ft yacht for the full 13, captain, crew and fuel included. Split twelve ways that is roughly $100 to $120 each before drinks; a bartender, a DJ or a jet ski are added on their own lines.
Can we bring our own alcohol on the bachelor party yacht?
Yes. Every boat is BYOB for guests 21 and over, with water and ice on board; cans or plastic on the open deck, glass inside. The captain and crew stay sober and set the limits on hookah and glass.
Plan the bachelor party
Send the date, the group size and the plan for the weekend, and the team matches the boat and the add-ons.
