B) Information collected automatically

Payments may be processed by Payment Partners. We generally do not store full payment card numbers or sensitive payment authentication data on our servers. Payment Partners may collect and process payment details under their own privacy practices.

If you make or attempt a payment, payment-related data is processed by Payment Partners. We may share necessary identifiers and transaction details (e.g., amount, currency, booking reference) to facilitate payment and reconciliation. We do not control Payment Partners’ privacy practices.

C) Service providers

We may share information with vendors who help us operate our business (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRM, email/SMS delivery, customer support, spam detection), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

D) Legal and safety

We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, protect our rights, investigate fraud/security issues, or protect users and the public.

E) Business transfers

  • Accounts (if applicable): Profile information is stored while the account is active and as needed afterward for legal/security reasons.

SMS programs may be administered through third-party messaging providers. If you are outside the U.S., SMS delivery may be limited or unavailable. Your phone number and messaging data will be used in accordance with this Policy and our providers’ policies.
