  • Ask crew to help with a snug, secure fit.

Passengers & Safe Seating

  • Remain seated while underway and use handrails.
  • No sitting on gunwales, bow rails, or the swim platform while moving.
  • Respect posted capacity; infants count as passengers.
  • Only approach the helm when invited by the captain.

Safety FAQ

Do you have life jackets for kids and non‑swimmers?

Yes. Every FY yacht carries USCG‑approved PFDs in multiple sizes. Children under 6 must wear a life jacket while underway. Tell us ages/sizes ahead of time for the best fit.

How many passengers can we bring?

Each yacht has a posted maximum capacity; infants count as passengers. Check your listing or WhatsApp us for your exact limit.

Can we drink onboard?

Moderate alcohol is allowed for 21+ guests at the captain’s discretion. For safety, crew may limit service if anyone appears impaired. Prefer cans or plastic.

What happens if the weather turns bad?

If conditions are unsafe, the captain may delay, alter the route, or call a weather hold. We offer rescheduling at no extra cost when safety is a concern.

Is swimming always allowed?

Swimming depends on conditions and location. Engines must be off, ladder down, and the captain must approve the area first.
